Yesterday we had our 2nd round of shots and of course a weigh in! Jacob is now 17lbs 7oz!!! :o 25" long and his head is 42" circumference. I thought he was going to be heavier so I'm kinda happy with 17lbs! The nurse showed me the graph thing that is supposedly very important. Jacob is a little low in the height (I think it was 40% and his weight was almost off the charts at 92%!!! Really it's not that big of a deal as long as he follows his chart curve, which is why I'm not sure why the chart is so important!? He is now mostly wearing 3-6 month clothes but a couple of his outfits are 6-9 month just cause I like them to be a little loose. He is drooling like crazy and needs to wear a bib almost all the time now. The needles went fairly well, I did make hubby hold him and he didn't really cry as much as last time but he whined a bit more. I forgot to give him a little Tylenol before we went and was going to give him some when we got home but he didn't need it until later (after hubby went out ~ then he started crying lots). The nurse said that sometimes a warm bath can help make the legs feel better, so we had a nice bath and I put him down at his usual 8pm bedtime but he woke up this morning at 3:30am !?!? I'm not sure why but we fed him, changed him and put him back to sleep then he was up at 7am. Hopefully he doesn't get back into the early morning feeding routine?!
Today I was already able to put one coat of primer on the cupboard doors (while Jacob had his morning nap), he is now having his afternoon nap so I am catching up on my blogs and Facebook. Then after he wakes up I want to go return the books to the library (maybe pick out a new one?) and try to find little batteries for my digital picture key chain. After supper hubby needs to go out again so I think I will head to the bowling alley and show off Jacob to our old team mates and bowling friends!?

Evan acted up on that round of needles too. On the way home from your place as I remember correctly.
He maybe going through a growth spirt. So the night feedings may come back while that happens.
It will pass again.
Luv ya!
