Weigh in ...

Week 5 weigh in = 212.4lbs (-1.2lbs)

Not too shabby but I know it could have been better! I had a couple "bad" cheats (coffee out with a girlfriend and ordering off the menu when I shouldn't have) and I baked cookies for my hubby Tuesday night which meant sampling a couple too make sure they were cooked!! I can honestly say though that the cookies didn't really taste all that great? I also haven't gone to the gym at all this week (except last night) so considering all that ... I'm happy with a 1.2lb loss!! :) I have now officially lost over 10lbs, which I was hoping to see this week and hopefully next weeks weigh in will have a better number (as long as I stick to plan)!

I however didn't plan on my 2nd shipment taking as long as it is and I am almost out of food!! I only have one shake left and one bar so if I don't get my shipment today then my weekend might not go so well!? I will have to try and take the knowledge I have and hope that I can still loose weight without the shakes? Or go buy a container of protein powder so I can still make shakes? I still have a couple "meals" so that is probably what I will do, and instead of having the protein bars (that are kinda high in calories and carbs) I can have low fat high protein snacks instead (like yogurt and turkey pepperoni).

I'm excited for this weekend and the week to come, this weekend Jacob gets to try gymnastics for the first time and I think he will really enjoy it!! And next week we are going shopping for a trailer! We have the choice of either using one that is already at the track or buying one of our own for a very special discounted price! The only problem with taking one that is already out there is that it will probably be a little small (20ft) and it probably won't have what we want (bunk bed for Jacob) and we wouldn't be able to take it off the property but if we buy our own it will be just what we want (or close to it) but we haven't really saved up for it so it would be another expense. We will probably end up buying one on our own but we might not be able to get one that "I" would like! Not that I want a huge fancy brand new one but I'm the one that is going to be stuck in the trailer when it's raining or not nice out and if you've ever been in a 20ft trailer with a toddler for more then one hour (without having the option of going outside) you know what I'm talking about!! I would like a trailer that is around 24-28ft and preferably one with a bunk for Jacob and a bed for us (so that I don't have to make the bed into a table every morning).

buy some egg beaters for breakfast. They are super low cal and taste waaaaay better then the ws eggs. somedays I make them for breakfast instead of a shake just to "shake" things up lol. It also wouldn't hurt to have more than 1 L&G meal a day. The whole point of ws is to limit carbs and up protein. I'm sure that if your shipment doesn't come you'll manage!
