Well, this week wasn't the best week but I suppose it was a lesson learned? I almost ran out of my WS food and only had a few "meals" left which is only good for lunch but I was on my own for breakfast and 3 snacks the rest of the day. I tried to stick to a low fat high protein type diet but I don't think I did very well cause I found that in the evenings I was famished and would often raid the cupboards. This is something I never really felt like doing when I was on plan so I am happy to say that I FINALLY received my WS order (after paying $62 in shipping!!!). I'm glad that I am back on plan and can start loosing again, learn not to give in to my temptations and start feeling better about myself!! I have already placed my next order just to make sure that I don't run out of food again but it seems like the shipping charges are a little ridiculous! When I was on NS the shipping didn't cost half as much and the boxes were twice as big and twice as heavy?
So, I'm still on the fence on whether I should increase my calories or not? I keep thinking about the age old diet advise about how in order to loose weight you need to increase exercise and lower calorie intake. But I think some people loose more weight when they increase their calories. There is one lady on the forum I read that said she increased her calories to 1500 -1700 a day and lost 3.5lbs (more then when she was on a low cal diet) but the thought of increasing my daily calories kinda scares me! I need to find MY ideal calorie intake, the number of cals that keeps me full and I still loose weight!? I'm sure in time I will figure it out! ;)
I took yesterday off work and hubby and I went trailer shopping! It was fun, looking at trailers and I think we found one that we like and would work well for our little family. We filled out the paperwork and are now waiting to see if we get approved! Hopefully everything goes well and we can get our trailer for next weekend!! :)

Maybe you should make a decision about how you want to follow the diet and stick with it for a few weeks and see what happens. Maybe because every week you are doing something different your body isn't sure what to do....that might help you get some bigger #'s!
Oh and PS...I have finally caught back up to you, it's been like 3 years or so but I finally weigh the same as you again! This morning my scale said I was 212.4 :)
