Last day of class

I've actually had a fairly busy week so far, I didn't even realize that it was Thursday already and I haven't even posted yet about our last baby class!! So... the class was good, I got to ask my questions about bathing and there was one idea I really liked ~ one Mom said she fills the big tub with about 2-3 inches of water, puts a towel on the bottom of the tub (to prevent slippage) and lays her baby on the towel. She said her baby just loves it and has a great time splashing around! I think I will try this next time, I'm pretty sure Jacob would also like splashing around. We had the "safety lady" come in and talk about car seats, dangerous household poisons and other house hold safety stuff. She was pretty good and I learned a few things from her as well, like where the chest clip on the car seat is suppose to be. I think we will have to buy a permanent car seat soon cause carrying Jacob in the portable car seat is starting to get pretty darn heavy!! At the end of class we all got a certificate saying they completed the class and we took a class photo, oh and we also exchanged emails and a lot of us have stayed in contact on Facebook so hopefully there will be some get togethers?!

I think I am nesting???! I never really did when I was pregnant but lately I have felt the need to clean? Like crazy cleaning not just the regular dusting and vacuuming stuff. On Wednesday I decided that the kitchen would be my first "victim" and after I did the regular cleaning I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed the floor (usually I just Swiffer) and since I was on my knees I washed the cupboard doors, then cleaned out the fridge. But of course I got interrupted and so today I took down all the M&M candy dispensers we have on top of the cupboards and scrubbed them, tomorrow I am going to go buy some white paint and paint the cupboards! And I will see how expensive new handles are cause I might buy some of them too! I just feel like I want to get stuff done and I want it done now! I think I will pick a new "victim" every week and that will be my project, next I think is the master bedroom!

Tuesday night I picked up my scrap booking stuff and of course ordered more, I admit I'm addicted! I got my inlaws to watch Jacob for a couple hours while I picked up my stuff cause hubby was busy in the garage. He is trying to get a car finished for this weekend and I then we will finally have our garage back (not that I get to park in it but at least this project will be finished). I still want to go visit my Grandma and haven't got around to that yet, maybe this weekend? Other then that not much else is new, next week Jacob has to get more shots so I think I will drag hubby there again and he can hold him.
