So far things are going well, I think, I weighed in on Monday just to see if I was on the right track and was disappointed to see there was no change. So I stuck to it, stayed 100% for the rest of the day, went to the gym and weighed in again on Tues. It said I had lost some so I was happy to see that, so now I am trying to stay 100%, I eliminated the extra starch that I am allowed and actually feel a bit better? I think I cheated too many times and kicked my body out of fat burning mode, so now that I am back on track I am hoping for a good number on the scale tomorrow!! I decided to try Fitday and see how many calories, fat and protein I was in taking in a day and was very surprised to see how high my calorie intake is!! Just from having mostly liquid meals!? I know that the protein bar I have at lunch and my morning coffee with FF creamer are adding lots of calories but I really enjoy these two things so if I can continue to loose weight and have these I will be very happy!! If I feel that my weight loss is stalling I will eliminate one at a time in hopes that I still see the numbers go down! So if you are curious here is my Fitday, everything I ate yesterday, calories burned and circle graph with it all broke down: http://www.fitday.com/fitness/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Annieann77&Year=2010&Month=3&Day=20
I have noticed though, with only one day entered it seems to me like my carb intake is kinda high and my sugar intake? I would like to cut that back and increase my protein. Fitday has also told me that a few of my essential vitamins are low for daily % so I NEED to start taking a daily vitamin!! I used to take a "one-a-day" from the grocery store and thought that was fine but then my girlfriend told me about these vitamins she is on and the difference between them and grocery store ones, it made sense and I no longer think the grocery store ones are worth it. So, I checked out health food stores just to see what they had and to be quite honest I was overwhelmed by the choices so I decided to just go with the vitamins my girlfriend are on. I already know that they are good, and I have tried them so even though they are way more then grocery store ones I think it is worth it to bite the bullet on this and start taking them!
I feel like my cravings are starting to settle, and when I am tempted with a bite of Jacobs cookie or chip I find that it doesn't taste very good anyway so I don't even bother anymore. I am excited to see what my weigh in is tomorrow. Hopefully it will be a good loss, I'd be happy with 2lbs?! We'll see....
