So ... as most of you are probably wondering ... today was my first weigh in and I'm happy to announce that I am down -9.8lbs!! OMG!! That's ridiculously amazing! I was hoping to either be under 210 and into the single digits or loose 10lbs and I obviously did the first one and was sooo close to achieving the second. It's OK though, I'm good with that and now I am back to where I left off on WS!? lol
The program seems to be getting easier, I feel like it is something I can do for a while - not forever but till I'm at my goal and then I can add some other restricted things on. I was worried that I might not loose much cause I didn't have that crappy feeling that everyone told me about, I felt like I was cheating by adding Splenda to my coffee or having a diet Pepsi!? I just want sure how strict you had to be on this diet and I suppose I'm doing ok. I don't expect a large number this week, I am hoping for a 3, but would be pretty happy with anything above a 2!!
Well, I'm on holidays this week ... so I prob won't be posting much. I will try to get back on in a few days. :)
