2ND Weigh in


It's a busy day at work today so this post will probably be quick... I had my 2nd weigh in last night and I'm not sure how accurate it is. The reason I say this is because my first weigh in was done in the morning (I was on holidays) and yesterday it was after supper. Soooo ... according to her scale I didn't loose as much as I thought (cause I was full from supper) so this morning I weighed in again just to see and I think I will go with my morning weigh ins (cause I like the number more then the night one!!) I hate weighing in at night after you've eaten all day. According to the scale this morning I am down another -3lbs!!! I am quite excited about this, however I think it's a little odd that on Tues I snuck a peak at the scale and was down -4lbs so in between then and this morning I gained a pound? Not sure why or how, I didn't cheat (in the sense that I had a bun or sandwich), I didn't go crazy with my coffee creamer?! Maybe I just at too much meat and not enough water!?? Or it is just the second week crappy weigh in, like you see on Biggest Loser!?

Well, 12.8lbs is still pretty darn cool and hopefully next week I will break the 200's and enter Onederland!! :) I am down 5.9% so far and almost below 30 bmi, another 10lbs and I will be at my half way point!! These are all pretty exciting milestones and hopefully it won't take too long to get to them!?
